The Pilot Beach Bar invites you to spend your summer Saturdays soaking up the rhythm of the coast. From 1pm to 4:30pm each week, our beachside bar will come alive with the sounds of weekly guest DJs, bringing you an ever-changing mix of Balearic beats, Latin rhythms, groove, soul, and global music. It’s the perfect soundtrack for lazy afternoons by the sea, crafted to capture that true beach vibe.
And if you’re not ready for the music to stop, you don’t have to. From 5pm, the vibe moves across The Viaduct and into Rocksalt Garden, where takes over and carries the groove into the evening. With chilled cocktails, sea views, and carefully curated sounds, it’s the perfect setting to watch the sun go down and keep the weekend energy flowing well into the night.
