The Meat Shack
If you’re a meat lover, you must sample the succulent and satisfying 15-hour slow cooked beef brisket from The Meat Shack.
It’s served in a fluffy brioche bun with handmade coleslaw, pickle-on-a-stick and a tub of The Meat Shack’s famous meaty gravy for dipping. Wash it down with a craft beer and you’ll be happily satisfied with not much room left other than to enjoy the chilled out vibes of the Harbour Arm, soak in the sun and sea air, and perhaps catch some live music outdoors with friends.
The Meat Shack crew started their journey at the Harbour Arm back in 2016 after being invited to join the amazing group of traders ready for the new season. Starting out under the name Not Just Ribz, the team plotted up whilst the Arm was still in the middle of its extensive refurbishment; though this didn’t stop visitors coming and queuing for the team’s succulent offerings.
