Kent Soul Choirs @ The Goods Yard
Soul Choirs is a professionally run, inclusive Community Choir operating across South East London and Kent. We operate a fun packed singing and social calendar. Upbeat songs, easy to learn, no auditions and new members always welcome! Our sessions are high-energy, fun and filled with laughter as we learn a carefully curated playlist. We are strong supporters of singing being hugely beneficial to mental well-being, particularly in a group, and wholeheartedly believe it makes a difference, recently cemented by winning Kent Wellbeing Award.
Our repertoire is made up of fantastic soul and pop mash-ups, guaranteed to get your toes tapping at the very least!
We’re always very keen to embed ourselves in the choirs' local communities and our Soul Choirs perform regularly at The Pantiles, Hay’s Galleria, Rochester Castle, Trafalgar Square and the Royal Festival Hall. We’ve also appeared at high profile festivals like Uptown Festival, Margate Soul Festival and On Blackheath to name a few, as well as performing alongside Mica Paris, Incognito, Odyssey and Alison Limerick at epic venues like KOKO!
