We offer a delightful range of small-batch, gut-friendly kimchi and krauts, hand-made in the Kent countryside using artisanal methods. Our ferments are crafted with the finest ingredients, including as much Kentish produce as possible, ensuring each batch is packed with flavour and health benefits.

Our kimchi and krauts is crafted to be enjoyed by all dietary choices and requirements, we never use processed sugar instead we use Kentish grown apples to add sweetness and extra fibre to our products. All our products are vegan-friendly, and while kimchi traditionally contains fish and gluten, we choose not to use any such ingredients, making our products suitable for all.

Our adaptogenic kombuchas are brewed with care and powered by mushrooms, offering a range of flavours that cater to the growing demand for health-conscious beverages. Each batch is crafted with high-quality organic dual-extracted mushroom tinctures, ensuring a powerful blend that supports your gut, brain, and immune system while boosting energy and promoting calmness.
