Barbacoa
Mexican inspired street food.
Owner Alex Perry lived in Mexico for a year and loved the food combinations he discovered there. On returning, he worked for various companies but found himself wanting to cook all the more. He’d take time off work supposedly to be studying for an MBA but instead he was cooking for big name celebrity chefs.
Fast-forward to the moment where he decided he could do this for himself, and so started up a business catering for parties , weddings and so on. He visited Folkestone and thought that his dream of running his own Mexican-inspired food establishment could come true by opening in The Goods Yard. Come and try for yourself.
