Cocoa Du Mell is me, Don, solo chocolatier dedicated to creating beautifully presented couverture chocolate, filled or embellished with the finest ingredients. Gooey caramels and decadent chocolate fruity ganache’s lead the way for my chocolate selection box bonbons. I may have even slipped in a few alcohol flavours too. You’ll also find, desert/party style chocolate ‘pucks’, hot chocolate dippers and more specific Christmas minded treats, perfect for gifting or just spoiling yourself.
