Sea Scrub Sauna - Flow and Fire with Bee
Easy flow into the morning with yoga and sauna.
A 45-minute slow flow with Bee, our yoga facilitator and osteopath, followed by 45 minutes in the sauna while the sea does its thing outside. Breathwork and pranayama woven through fluid movement, closing into a guided savasana. No performance, no rushing.
Then the heat takes over. Contrast therapy, sea views, and the kind of quiet that’s hard to find on a weekday morning.
