MCDC’s Tractor Time!
Join MCDC dance company for another day of free, feel-good activity, plus an exclusive pilot performance of their new touring show, Tractor Time! Tractor Time! is a vibrant dance show for family audiences that gets stuck into farm life and community celebration. Inspired by British and Slavik folk traditions, this joyful intergenerational performance explores rural heritage, reinvigorating traditions that grow from the earth and spring into life through dance.
As the colourful tractor trundles along, the dancers burst out of the cab and groove their way through problem solving, food production and togetherness. Join the parade as we celebrate team spirit, homegrown food and the joy of each beautiful season - it’s Tractor Time!
Saturday 2nd May 10am - 11.30am Community cast dance workshop, Harbour Arm Station
Join our community groups as we skip, stomp and wave a scarf! You’ll learn a section of the Tractor Time! choreography, ready to perform with us for the premiere.- Family-friendly (ages 8+)- No need to book, just turn up and join in!- Optional: dress in shades of green and bring your own square scarf to wave!
