East Kent Morris Platinum Capers
East Kent Morris is holding ‘Platinum Capers’, a day of dance in Folkestone on Saturday June 3rd, to celebrate their 70th anniversary.
The side was formed in 1953 as part of the town’s International Folklore Festival and to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Nine Morris teams from across the country will be dancing at the iconic Harbour Arm, and at various other sites throughout the town, from 10.30.
