Live music at The Lighthouse Champagne Bar
The 1927 are a Folkestone based group made up of 3 experienced musicians: Colin Chambers (guitar and vocals), Charlie Burton (double bass and vocals) and Craig Gell (melodica and vocals). As the name suggests, they play songs from the early twentieth century, with a focus on the American jazz age of the roaring 20’s. Their shows are light hearted and relaxed. Their music is like an echo of a bygone era, bringing back previously lost memories of songs your grandparents may have sung to you or played on an old record player. Expect great tunes, lots of harmonies and a warm atmosphere.
