Harbourside is a new venture for 2023. This development sits at the centre of our offering as we continue to move away from being a solely seasonal venue towards a year-round visitor attraction.
All various sizes, the units at Harbourside are presented in upcycled shipping containers, meaning they all offer ample indoor seating as well as boasting plenty of outdoor seating, with both communal and designated seating areas available.
The unique position of units along the most Eastern edge of our site means they acquire previously unattainable views of the White Cliffs of Dover, panoramic vistas across the English Channel and glimpses of France on the horizon.

Unit 1
Once open, the new units on Harbourside will become the largest on our site. Consisting of 4 shipping containers and a substantial, exclusive outdoor seating area, the final remaining unit at Harbourside boasts 119sqm internal space and 185sqm external space.
Sat on the quayside edge right next to our largest carpark, this unit is in a prime position on our site.
Units 2 & 3
Unit 2 consists of 2 40ft shipping containers. This space is currently in the process of being stripped out and reworked, providing the perfect opportunity for a new tenant to take ownership and create a truly special space on our site.
Unit 3 consists of 1 40ft shipping container and 1 20ft container, combined to create a cosy indoor space, this unit is perfect for someone looking for internal space to bring their idea to life.
These units are very well placed; right at the one of the entrances to the Folkestone Marketplace (set to reopen for the summer season in April) and near the entrance to The Harbour Arm. As well as a dedicated indoor & outdoor space, this unit serves into Harbourside Square; a new, shared communal seating area currently being developed for 2023.
