2024 trading

We have a number of opportunities of various scales available this year. From street-food style kiosks on The Harbour Arm and in The Goods Yard to large, indoor units, there is something for every level of experience and proportion.

The Goods Yard

Barely three years old, The Goods Yard has quickly become a thriving hub of our space. Anchored by a big screen that shows the major sports of the day and an extensive free cinema programme, this street-food plaza has quickly become one of the buzziest venues in Kent in its own right.

Thanks to investments made, The Goods Yard can operate year-round, with more than half of the available seating under shelter with heating. The Goods Yard plays a significant role over our Festive period as the key food and beverage offering at our Festive Marketplace.

With the EUROs, Olympics, Wimbledon, an increased free cinema programme and the return of larger Wunder Harbour and an extended Festive Marketplace, 2024 is going to be a blinder for The Goods Yard.

“We’ve not experienced anything quite like The Goods Yard. It is an absolute beast.” – Sam Deeson, Owner and Operator of Pork & Co.
