When the Goods Yard (home of the Harbour Screen) is open, the Harbour Screen creates a hub of entertainment for Sports and Film fans alike. Every season, we are proud to present the very best of the sporting calendar and a varied programme of cinema. The vast majority of our programming is completely free, allowing you to explore the eclectic mix of food & drink on offer as you please.
The Harbour Screen operates during The Goods Yard’s opening hours.
Sunday to Thursday: 12pm - 6pm
Friday and Saturday: 12pm - 8pm
The Harbour Screen brings you the ultimate seaside cinema experience. Set amidst the vibrant vibes of Folkestone Harbour Arm, you can watch a host of films and sporting events on a large, state-of-the-art outdoor screen. With a choice of mouth-watering meals, snacks and drinks from the Harbour Arm’s many independent vendors, a session at the Screen has it all.

One of Folkestone Harbour Arm’s most popular attractions, The Harbour Screen first opened in June 2018, featuring screenings of the FIFA World Cup and Wimbledon. Since then, it has become a dependable home for film and sports fans across the South East as a relaxed, enjoyable environment to enjoy an outdoor cinema classics and the great sports classics.
2021 saw a major evolution of the site as a set of new traders moved in, radically expanding the food and drink offer and cementing the Goods Yard as ultimate locations for foodies and sports fans alike.

Tickets will only be required for ticketed films, sporting fixtures one-off events. Otherwise, entry to the Goods Yard to enjoy the Harbour Screen is completely free.

At your table, you’ll find a small plaque with a QR code and table number.
Use this QR code to go to a website where you can browse all Goods Yard traders menus, place your order and pay. The whole system is app free. You can browse all the menus here.

Tickets can only be purchased online in advance of the event. In the vast majority of cases, tickets are not required for events taking place in the Goods Yard or to enjoy the sports on screen.

In all cases, pre-organised screenings will continue to go ahead in bad weather. Screenings will only be cancelled on the very rare occasion that the weather is so bad that it becomes a safety risk.
