Where To Find Us

Planning Your Visit

  • From the M20, leave the motorway at Junction 13 and follow the signs for Folkestone Harbour. There is parking available on site as well as several alternative car parks in the locality.
  • To view parking charges and to pay online, visit the Folkestone parking website here.
  • The nearest station is Folkestone Central. The walk to the Harbour Arm is approximately 25 minutes and is signposted for pedestrians.
  • There is a bus stop at the bottom of the Old High Street serviced by Stagecoach buses 72, 100, 101 and 102. Folkestone’s main bus station is in the centre of town, a 15 minute walk away.
  • All eateries accept card payments.

Once you have purchased your food, you can enjoy it anywhere on site. Browse and order online by scanning the QR code at your table. You don’t need to download any apps; scanning the QR code opens a unique website where you place an order and have it delivered direct to your table.

  • Dogs are welcomed but need to be on a lead at all times and cleaned up after. Dogs are not allowed in all indoor establishments.
  • Children should be supervised and with an adult.
  • There are indoor spaces to shelter from the rain and to listen to live music in.

If the weather is too wet and windy, the upper level walkway may have restricted access.
