The Goods Yard is our highly successful outdoor food & drink plaza and events venue. The space is anchored by a large outdoor screen that shows the sport of the day and a varied cinema programme, all completely free to enter*.
The Goods Yard is home to 10 units for food & drink traders which serves into a communal seating area with capacity for over 800 seated, which can be expanded to nearly 1100 for large events. In late 2022 we increased the capacity of our sheltered seating area, created with 9 enormous umbrellas, to nearly 400 and installed customer activated heaters.

The Goods Yard Unit is a bespoke built hut, inspired by traditional fisherman huts, is 11.5 sqm and is equipped with power and water.

Rental is charged based on a percentage of business turnover.
Traders benefit from minimal fixed start-up and ongoing costs. -

If you are not successful this time round, but we like what you do, we will keep you in mind when new opportunities arise such as food festivals and market days, or when new spaces become available in the future.
