The Big Greek Bus

Gyros, mythos and mezze on wheels

You can’t miss The Big Greek Bus on the Harbour Arm. And you shouldn’t miss their Gyros: tender chicken marinated in Greek herbs and spices and cooked on a vertical spit. It’s served in a soft and warm Greek flatbread wrap with homemade tzatziki and salad. For something simpler, the Halloumi Fries are a delicious go-to snack. With the sun on your back and a smile on your face, you could be in Greece (if you squint).

Well-known in the community for their Greek and Cypriot restaurant, The Meze House, in 2015 the team decided to expand into mobile catering and take their love of Greek food on the road. Since snapping up an old double-decker bus and creating one of Kent’s first ‘bustaurants’, TBGB has gone from strength to strength – leading to the creation of The Little Greek Bus – a smaller vehicle that makes the same amazing tastes and flavours more mobile.
