The baked favourite at Docker has to be the House Sourdough. Made from just organic flour, water and salt, it’s perfectly simple and gorgeous with any meal. Off the beer menu, the house favourite is the DFL American Pale Ale – a delicious 5% pale ale made with Simcoe and Amarillo. Docker in the east yard is a versatile space; selling bread in the week before converting into a taproom for their own beers at weekends.

Early risers, Wes and Pete from Docker, joined the Harbour Arm in 2016, building their business in a bare shipping container next to the derelict station before the Arm was fully renovated. People queued from day one – and the boys are now fully equipped and housed in a double container in East Yard. The business has even grown to supply cafes and high-end restaurants the county over.
